Job Summary
The Mid-Level Power BI Developer will transform raw data into insightful and actionable reports and dashboards, supporting strategic business decisions. This role is responsible for enhancing existing Power BI assets, creating new dashboards, and ensuring data accuracy and effective visualization. Using tools like SQL and Power BI, the developer will prepare data, build models, and deliver compelling insights in collaboration with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Analyze datasets to uncover trends and insights that support business strategies.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity within BI systems.
• Ensure adherence to high visualization standards, emphasizing audience comprehension and decision-making clarity.
• Apply data modeling techniques and maintain an understanding of data warehousing and BI concepts.
• Leverage critical thinking for effective problem-solving and data transformation.
Required Qualifications
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience creating Power BI dashboards.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in data analytics with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications
