temporary

Program Manager, you will supplement the Enterprise Software business to map out program delivery goals with a focus on project execution, cross-functional alignment, and agile best practices.

This role reports to Sr. Operations Manager of the Enterprise Software Business Unit but will collaborate primarily with Software Engineering andProduct Management. This role is best suited for someone who is organized and comfortable with assigning and seeking completion of tasks in a matrix organization.

Responsible for coordinating cross functional programs for software product development within the Enterprise Business Unit, often coordinating with other business unitsDevelop and manage engineering project plans across multiple squads, including definition of project tasks ,

deliverables, and milestones aligned to program goals and timing.Manage project tasks and resources to meet the project deliverables within Azure Dev OpsBuild &Track project plan / status and resource allocation using MS Project and Azure Dev OpsCollaborates with team members across engineering and business functions to ensure seamless project execution and qualityMust be able to balance project needs and schedules within business unit and product backlog prioritiesProvide weekly reports for responsible programs to relevant stakeholdersQualifications

The right candidate does not have to have semiconductor industry experience but should have software planning experience.

Education, Experience Requirements:

Proficient with software business systems - ADO ideal; Jira acceptableExcellent interpersonal communication and organizing skills to coordinate project activities.Ability to work with details and demonstrate strong decision making on time-sensitive issuesBachelor's degree or equivalent in program / project management, technical management, information systems, engineering, or related fieldsTarget of two (2) years of recent overall project/program management experienceA Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) or similar can be used in lieu of the educational requirements
