Maintains and optimizes the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment platforms, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and user adoption.
Troubleshoots ATS and recruitment tool issues and serve as a point of contact for system-related questions or concerns.
Identifies opportunities to streamline workflows and automate repetitive tasks where possible.
Assists in preparing for audits and reviews, ensuring that all necessary documentation (e.g., applicant data, interview notes) is properly stored.
Ensures recruitment activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations as well as internal company policies.
Generates and analyzes recruitment metrics and reports, providing insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Manages ongoing projects in TA making sure deadlines are met and stakeholders are consulted.
Contributes to the development and implementation of new TA processes and strategies to improve the efficiency of the recruiting function.
Collaborates with HR and other departments to ensure alignment between recruitment operations and overall business goals.
May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Occasional business travel may be required.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
Three (3) plus years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, or a similar role.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
Experience responding to audit requests.
Project management or process improvement experience.
Salary: $60,800 - 82,100
