Job Duties:Propose changes to current applications and databases based on organizational requirementsRecommend modernization options for data hosting, cleansing, transport, exposure, and ingestion at an enterprise scaleSuggest modernization strategies focusing on performance, security, and cost-effectiveness, with the ability to manage large volumes of diverse enterprise datasets while identifying authoritative sources and reducing duplicationOversee enhancements and improvements to current data systems technology and processes, including data access authorizations against enterprise-approved user attributesManage operations and maintenance of databases in cloud infrastructureSupport representatives in cloud environment purchase, engineering, and architecture-related activities for applications and databasesDesign and create database systems enabling efficient data storage and retrievalEnsure smooth and secure operation of enterprise database systemsCollaborate with team members, external stakeholders, and data stewards to define the current state of organizational dataBuild optimized data models for data warehouse reportingRequired Skills:

Proven experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and modern database technologiesDemonstrated proficiency in Tableau, COGNOS, and contemporary reporting presentation toolsExperience in testing and quality assurance of developed solutions within existing Oracle data tiersExpertise in developing, creating, and modifying data structures and load routines for analytic use casesStrong background in working with relational data tiers, including cleansing, transforming, and processing structured dataProficiency in working with views, triggers, and Oracle PL/SQLKnowledge of Amazon Web Services environments, including RDS, S3, etc.Desired Skills:

Experience with IMMUTA data policyFamiliarity with various data repository types (e.g., relational, NoSQL, distributed processing frameworks)Experience in creating and interfacing with REST APIs
