The Senior Business Analyst provides strategic technology solutions to the business by working closely with stakeholders to understand the business strategy, processes, services, and roadmap. The Senior Business Analyst role will be responsible for documentation of functionality needed to address business challenges and lead the efforts to identify operational, financial, and technological risks. The Senior Business Analyst will be expected to participate in improving business processes and workflows through observation and evaluation.

Responsibilities
What will you do in this role?
You will...Provides leadership to team members and peers through collaboration and initiates cross-functional projectsParticipates in Agile ceremonies and maintaining Agile artifactsCommunicates with developers, users, and stakeholders to gather thorough requirements, provide status updates, lead product design discussions, and any other pertinent notificationsDevelops and utilizes standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specificationsWorks with stakeholders and project team to understand business value and priority of requested feature changesParticipates in the QA of purchased and developed solutions to ensure features and functions have been implemented accuratelyTranslates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.Communicates changes or modifications of business requirements to project teams so that risks and scope changes can be mitigatedCreates and maintains updated documentation on solution functionality, data organization, and business reportingOther ad-hoc duties as assignedQualifications

Required Experience, Skills & Abilities:
Eight to ten years related work experienceProven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, data modeling, verification, and methodology developmentStrong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentCreative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilitiesTechnical proficiencies with the Microsoft Office SuiteData Analysis and Visualization - SQL proficiency preferredEducation/Certifications
