Sedron Technologies is hiring talented Mechanical Assemblers

Founded in 2014 and headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, Sedron Technologies designs, manufactures, installs, and operates advanced water and waste upcycling technologies. With a focus on transforming the paradigm from waste processing to resource recovery, Sedron Technologies works with agricultural, municipal, and industrial customers to process their "waste" into climate-smart commodities through environmentally and financially sustainable methods.

Because we design, build, commission, and operate our technologies, we are looking for an Mechanical Assemblers who can meet the following essential functions of the position:Install pumps, automated valves, electric motors, fans, sensors, heat exchangers, piping, insulation, cable tray, electrical cables, and hardwareSet up and organize part kits for assemblyShip prep components and load/unload trucksTravel to remote sites for a minimum of 6 weeks per year to install equipment (this is an essential part of the job which comes with off-site pay, overtime, and per-diem)Read and work from mechanical blueprints and schematic drawingsUse cranes, forklifts, man lifts, and scissor liftsPrioritize duties and responsibilities in order to fulfill objectivesDemonstrate the ability to work individually and within a multidisciplinary team, communicating and collaborating with technicians and engineers alikeComply with all safety, 5S, and HazMat practicesWork well under pressure, meeting and completing multiple deadlinesDemonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues and supervisorsDemonstrate passion and excitement for solving difficult yet exciting tasksArrive to work on time and maintain good attendanceMaintain good organization skillsPerform other related duties as assignedThe mechanical assembler has multiple levels of competency to be determined by performance, certifications, and supervisor discretion.

Minimum requirement for all positions is a high school diploma or GEDMust have effective verbal and written communication skills in the English languageADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Wage range for this role is between $20.00-$40.00/hourlyDiscretionary bonusEmployees can also receive additional pay for off-shifts, off-site work, and access pay.The range provided is Sedron's estimate of the base compensation for this role. Actual amount offered will be based on job-related and non-discriminatory factors such as experience, location, education, training, skills, and abilities.
