This is a hybrid role the candidate must live within commuting distance to Shakopee MN.
Position Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with the talent acquisition team, department heads, to source, recruit and hire best-in-class talent across all disciplines. This role requires expertise in creative sourcing, managing multiple searches, driving passive strategy campaigns, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the full cycle of recruiting candidates from sourcing through on-site interviewing, negotiating offers, and closing candidatesEducate and guide hiring managers through the hiring process.Design and execute customized candidate recruiting plans, partnering closely with the hiring managers to identify the right talentTrack the status of candidates in HRIS and maintain the accuracy, quality, and integrity of all information.Coordinates and runs all candidate pre-hire tasks including background checks, pre-hire paperwork, scheduling task lists, etc.Own the candidate experience ensuring a positive experience across all stages of the recruiting processInterview preparation and scheduling for hiring managers and executivesGauge the potential chemistry of candidates for fit and motivation rather than selling a positionFind and engage unique and/or passive candidates through creative and innovative sourcing techniquesParticipate in special projects and talent acquisition initiativesMandatory Qualifications:
3 years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience2 years of experience recruiting commissioned sales persons preferably in the commercial print industry2 years' experience using industry-standard Applicant Tracking Systems (ICIMS strongly preferred), web-based sourcing tools and technologies, and a solid understanding of talent acquisition best practices and processes1 year's experience using LinkedIn RecruiterExperience executing a recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, referral management, diversity sourcing, and interview process managementA passion for Talent Acquisition and a history of delivering resultsAbility to prioritize tasks and projects in an agile environmentExceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skillsSkills to be a resourceful self-starter with the ability to prioritize effectivelyAbility to maintain confidentiality with sensitive informationA desire to work and support a diverse and inclusive environmentPreferred Qualifications:
Recruiting in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferredFamiliarity with the Visual Communications Industry
The national pay range for this role is $55,000- $65,000.00/ year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
