The Staff Services Manager II, manages a medium size team and serves as the Division's technical expert in land use and housing policy which may include housing element review, program development and implementation, technical assistance and issues that impact housing, such as homelessness, racial equity, public health, disaster preparedness and recovery, climate change, transportation, and housing for special needs populations . Responsibilities include but are not limited to implementing and monitoring complex and major statewide Planning Grant and Incentive programs and projects, while engaging internal and external government and community partners.
