ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Internal order management (customer service back-office activities)Managing data in SAPMonitoring orders, collaborating with the related shipment teams and Customer Service departmentsSupporting the Sales and Product Team in the supply situation of productsInspecting Open Orders, evaluating demands and fixing incomplete ordersResponsibility for generating outbound shipments per the shipment plan and coordinating with the Shipping TeamCollaborating with Transportation, Customer Service, Supply Chain Planning, Production Companies, and the Distribution Center to identify and address potential issues with the delivery of Nilfisk products and to implement appropriate actions accordinglyCoordinating and/or booking containers with freight forwardersManaging international shipping documents for both internal and external customersManage return requests, shipping discrepancies, and credit notesOther duties as assignedLet's create a cleaner future togetherClean is changing.
