Directly responsible for the complete operation of a designated production area.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee the daily scheduling of production lines using published production backlogAssist in hiring decisions and the selection of department personnel for assignment of duties, promotion, transfer, and discharge, including evaluations and performance reviewsMaintain product quality using workmanship standards, assembly instructions, test procedures, and other applicable documentationConduct training of assigned personnelMaintain safety of work area according to company safety requirementsQualifications
Minimum QualificationsThis position contains supervisory responsibilities1 year manufacturing experienceExperiencewith Microsoft Word, Excel, and similar softwarePreferred QualificationsAbility to work in a team environment and prioritize workAbility to communicate effectively with subordinates, co-workers, management, vendors, and customersWork in a fast-paced, high-stress environmentGeneral Job Requirements
