Adecco Medical & Science is looking for bilingual Clinical Admin Coordinators in El Paso, TX!
Type:
Six-month contract with potential for extension
Pay:
$20 to $ 22.35/hr
Schedule:
Full time, 40 hours a week
Responsibilities:
• Answers incoming fax, email and phone requests as evidenced by fax log, inbox, and event tracking.
• Initiates member phone calls daily and identifies issues and refers to service coordinator and other health plan departments as indicated.
• Screens and evaluates all calls and refers as necessary to service coordinator and/or supervisor.
• Gathers data for statistics by product, service, and network and maintains all required logs
• Monitors portal to ensure initial assessments and reassessments are completed timely.
Qualifications :
• High School Graduate or GED required
• 2+ years of experience working with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in long-term care, home health, hospice, public health or assisted living.
• Bilingual language skills in Spanish and English

Pay Details:
$20.00 to $22.35 per hour
