Job Summary:

Provide network and system level support. Primary support for help desk operations and end user technical support. Maintain network infrastructure upgrades, troubleshooting systems and day to day systems administration duties

Duties/Responsibilities:Maintaining Active Directory environmentMaintaining DNS, DHCP, IP, SFTP, RDS and Internet related servicesAssist in server hardware upgrades, repairs, and installationsAssist in creating E-mail accounts and Office 365 Administrative tasksInstall Ethernet cabling and punch down data patch panelsDeploy and provision network equipmentSupport Aruba Network SwitchesAdminister and support Wireless InfrastructureSupport in-house developed applications and maintain up-to-date installation proceduresSupport vendor specific business applications and deploy software maintenance as neededPerform machine level-configuration, troubleshoot and software installationAssist co-workers with implementing and supporting IT projects for the businessDevelop and manage system support documentationAdministrate and manage Fortinet & VPN connections by updating and creating firewall rulesMaintain hardware and software asset inventory, IT purchases and product procurementAssist with proactive monitoring of infrastructure and investigate system faultsCollaborate support with Managed Service Provider & ticket escalationsSupport & Troubleshoot MacOS workstations in the digital areaPerform other duties as assigned by managementBasic Qualifications:

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as well as strong attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Strong knowledge of Windows Server/Workstation Operating SystemsExtensive knowledge of all Windows Operating SystemsKnowledge of MacOSSolid knowledge of TCP/IP and Windows Networking (SFTP, DNS, DHCP)Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including macro and scripting (SQL a plus)Knowledge of other Windows-based PC applicationsKnowledge of VMWare AdministrationKnowledge of Fortinet Firewall SystemsKnowledge of HPE Nimble Storage SystemsKnowledge of Veeam BackupsKnowledge of Web Servers and related technology (IIS, HTML, etc..)Knowledge of Printers and CopiersStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesClear and concise communications skills, verbal and writtenSolid hardware installation and troubleshooting skillsEducation:

Associates Degree or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Information SystemsEquivalent experience and technical training may be substituted for the education requirementsMicrosoft, Cisco, Network+ or A+ Certifications are preferred1-3 years' experience is required
