- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field- At least 3 years' relevant work experience- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java and Python- Familiarity with database management technologies including SQL Server
Responsibilities:
As the Support Engineer II, successful candidates will assume responsibility for the following duties:
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to trading platforms utilized by clients.- Work closely alongside other technology teams within organization on various projects aimed towards improving system architecture & infrastructure.- Collaborate across departments (e.g., developers) when necessary regarding ongoing production incidents requiring immediate attention.
