EDI Analyst

A client is seeking an EDI Analyst to sit remotely and then eventually sit on site in Piscataway, NJ. The EDI Analyst will be responsible for the ideation and implementation of EDI and GHX solutions and improvements to automate contracting and supply chain transactions. The EDI Analyst lead and prioritize customer requests, and internal business needs to streamline processes and provide customer value. They will actively participate in projects related to e-commerce to provide business perspectives and strategy. This resource will provide EDI testing support and develop performance metrics to measure success. They will be working with internal and external customers, mainly accounts receivable teams, business stakeholders and credit management teams.

Required Skills & Experience

3-5 years of experience with supply chain, IT or businessSupply Chain, Logistics, or Operations experienceExperience in Customer-facing or in building productive relationships with internal and/or external partnersStrong proficiency in MS Excel; VLOOKUP or pivot tables2-4+ years of total EDI or SAP/ERP experienceFamiliarity with the following EDI transaction codes: 850, 855, 856, 810Ability to apply proven problem solving and analytical experience to interpret data and derive assumptions

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

EDI or e-Commerce systems knowledge or experienceKnowledge of SAP, JDE, or other Order-to-Cash ERP systemsProficiency with Tableau or other analytical toolsMulti-sector experience (i.e., Medical Device, Consumer, and/or Pharmaceutical)
