Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectivesEnsure compliance with each sites OCPSupport JLL's HVAC Apprenticeship programOversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departmentsAnalyze and optimize business processes to enhance productivity and reduce costsManage and mentor a team of operational managers and staffCollaborate with other executives to align operations with company-wide initiativesDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectivenessEnsure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsManage budgets and allocate resources effectivelyImplement and oversee quality control systemsLead continuous improvement initiatives and change management processesProvide subject matter expertise to the supporting operational improvements in reliability, service delivery, and solutions to property issues as requestedManage drawing review process for ground up development and tenant alteration processes.Minimize risk for property teams and clientsSupport tenant buildouts and move-insAssist in transitioning project from development to operations (creating PM program from O&M, hiring staff, reviewing and providing feedback on NFPA 241, etc.)Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education8+ years of experience including knowledge of building systems, mechanical/electrical systems, architectural, maintenance, and instrumentation/automationState of Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License5 - 10 years in the real estate businessStrong technical knowledge of building systems, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, metering, etc.Strong knowledge of life science real estate operations and systemsStrong computer skillsRobust understanding of mechanical systems design and operationsAbility to manage multiple projectsCapital planning and underwritingFamiliarity with budget planning and supporting that process.Project management experienceAbility to read and understand construction drawings and documents and provide design engineering teams with relevant feedback from the operator's perspective.Location:
