Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.Ensure compliance with each site's OCP.Support JLL’s HVAC Apprenticeship program.Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments.Analyze and optimize business processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.Manage and mentor a team of operational managers and staff.Collaborate with other executives to align operations with company-wide initiatives.Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.Implement and oversee quality control systems.Lead continuous improvement initiatives and change management processes.Provide subject matter expertise to support operational improvements in reliability, service delivery, and solutions to property issues as requested.Manage drawing review process for ground-up development and tenant alteration processes.Minimize risk for property teams and clients.Support tenant buildouts and move-ins.Assist in transitioning projects from development to operations (creating PM program from O&M, hiring staff, reviewing and providing feedback on NFPA 241, etc.).Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent combination of experience and education.8+ years of experience including knowledge of building systems, mechanical/electrical systems, architectural, maintenance, and instrumentation/automation.State of Massachusetts Refrigeration Technician License.5 – 10 years in the real estate business.Strong technical knowledge of building systems, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, metering, etc.Strong knowledge of life science real estate operations and systems.Strong computer skills.Robust understanding of mechanical systems design and operations.Ability to manage multiple projects.Capital planning and underwriting.Familiarity with budget planning and supporting that process.Project management experience.Ability to read and understand construction drawings and documents and provide design engineering teams with relevant feedback from the operator’s perspective.Location:
