90% FTE, 8/12 hour evening/night shifts between 7:00pm - 7:30am. Weekend rotation and rotating holidays. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. We offer a competitive starting pay, relevant work experience will be considered, this position also includes a shift/weekend differential. Registered Nurse (RN)
House Supervisor
to:Use your knowledge of policies, procedures and practices of the state, university, hospital and Department of Nursing as they relate to the operations of the hospital and clinics.Bring your knowledge of staffing models and oversee staffing.Prioritize workload /assignments.Utilize your strong professional communication and collaboration skills to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts.At UW Health, you will have :

Associate's Degree in nursing RequiredBachelor's Degree in nursing PreferredWork Experience
3 years of acute clinical nursing experience RequiredPrevious experience in a formal leadership role (such as Care Team Leader, Nurse Supervisor or Nurse Manager) PreferredAdult and Pediatric experience PreferredLicenses & Certifications
Licensed RN in the State of Wisconsin RequiredCPR certification RequiredACLS PreferredPALS Preferred
