We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our ambitious HR team in Largo, FL to support and improve how our company attracts and selects new hires via innovative candidate attraction strategies.

Position Details/Responsibilities:
Plan and implement company talent acquisition strategy. Understanding the needs of the organization.Build and maintain relationships with executives, hiring managers and existing employeesCommunicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goalsOrganize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requestsDevelop company's policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewingConduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positionsDesigning and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting eventsManage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunitiesGenerate monthly updates for company's leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiativesSuggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activitiesResearch talent acquisition trends in the construction industryQualifications:
Three (3) or more years of relevant recruitment or staffing experience are requiredConstruction recruiting experience preferred, but not requiredSocial Media Recruiting: Facebook, Instagram, TikTokKnowledge of MSO (Word, Outlook, Excel, Power Point); experience with applicant tracking systemsExcellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processesOutstanding communications and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize daily workload and meet deadlinesCreative thinker and proactive problem solverA positive, "can do" attitudeMust be able to work in office Monday to Friday 7:30am to 4:30pm. (Not a remote or hybrid role)
