We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Corporate HR team to support and improve how our company attracts and retains new hires via innovative candidate attraction strategies.
Position Details/Responsibilities:
Build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers across the company; serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for talent sourcing and screening.Consult on interview and selection decisionsCommunicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company's hiring needs and organizational goalsDesigning and manage recruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screening calls, interviews etc.)Serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting eventsManage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunitiesGenerate monthly updates for company's leadership about upcoming talent acquisition initiativesSuggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activitiesRequirements:
5+ years of relevant talent acquisition experience is requiredIT recruiting knowledge preferred.Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processesOutstanding communications and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize daily workload and meet deadlinesCreative thinker and proactive problem solverA positive, "can do" attitudeEducation:
High School Diploma RequiredBachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field OR a combination of education and comparable experience
