Senior Internal Auditor
The Senior Internal Auditor will prepare, lead, execute & deliver best in class capex projects to add value to Nouryon.

In your future role as Senior Internal Auditor you will
Learn process and technology of assigned unitSupport development of a capital budgetContribute to a comprehensive risk-based internal audit plan by identifying risk areas through formal and informal risk assessmentsPlan, coordinate and perform risk-based audits under the supervision of audit managersPerform SOX testing around financial and IT business processes to ensure the organization's compliance with SOX requirementsProvide timely, clear, relevant and actionable feedback, tailored to the specific business environment, regarding audit findings or opportunities for improvementDraft audit reports or other audit deliverables in a clear and concise manner with detailed findings, recommendations, and action plansEngage and manage relationships with key management stakeholder groups to influence a robust internal control governance structureActively participate in department initiatives and projects to drive continuous improvement in the areas of audit planning, execution and reporting as well as data analytics and AIWe believe you are

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related areaMinimum of 3-5 years of audit experience in public accounting and/or internal audit function in a large international manufacturing companyCPA, CISA and/or CIA certification is preferredSAP experience helpfulStrong knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX, COSO)Strong analytical, problem solving and internal auditor competenciesExperience with process/controls documentationDemonstrated ability to work independently and under tight deadlinesSAP experienceStrong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Analytical thinkingEagerness to learn
