Contract Recruiting Coordinators play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless candidate interview experience. They interface with recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers, providing consistent and professional support throughout the hiring process. This role is integral to the Talent Acquisition team and reports directly to the Manager of Recruiting Operations. Key responsibilities include owning projects, maintaining consistency across the team, and driving process improvements.
** Please note this is a hybrid role. The ideal candidate will be working in our downtown San Francisco office 3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Act as point of contact for candidates; scheduling phone, video and onsite interviews as well as sending various hiring exercises/case studiesBook travel and hotel accommodations for candidates when required, and manage any candidate travel expense reports for reimbursementPartner cross-functionally with the TA team, Hiring Managers, Interviewers and other teams as neededUtilize the applicant tracking system and follow relevant recruiting processesCollaborate with fellow Recruiting Coordinators to manage and develop internal documentationParticipate in strategic projects, such as tools implementation and enhancements that will increase efficiency and team productivityHandle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as coordinating background checks, immigration and reference checks as needed.Manage candidate onboarding process in conjunction with HR OperationsMaintain high-level of attention to detail, professionalism and confidentialityAssist in planning and organizing Talent Acquisitions related eventsProactively take on ad-hoc projects as neededWork closely with other members of the Talent Acquisition team to support overall recruiting goals, consistency in recruiting practices and adherence to company policies and procedures.Required Qualifications:
1- 2 years of proven work experience in a HR coordination or equivalent roleAbility to work in our downtown San Francisco office 3 days a weekHighly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks while managing work time efficientlyStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a dynamic, fast growing company and be savvy enough to manage through some level of ambiguitySelf-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detailPreferred Qualifications:
BA/BS Degree from a 4-year accredited University preferred1+ year supporting high-volume recruiting function preferredWorking knowledge of Google Applications (G-Suite email, calendar and google docs) and experience working on a MacBookPrevious coordination experience and knowledge of major applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever, is preferred
