Position:

Assistant Property Manager

Location:

Windfall, our brand new (currently under construction) 270-unit multi-family residential community located in Austin, TX!

Skills/Experience we are looking for:Candidates with experience new construction, lease-up communitiesExperience managing mixed communities of affordable, market, conventionalYardi property management software experienceProven track record of achieving high Resident satisfaction results, bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not requiredWhat we offer :

Responsibilities:

Prepare resident legal notices and process annual lease renewalsVerify lease information accuracy; handle resident inquiries and complaints promptly and courteouslyManage work orders and maintain accurate records in Yardi softwareConduct unit inspections and manage move-in/move-out processesAssist in leasing activities, resident relations, and social event planningSupervise turnkey operations in the absence of the Property ManagerRent collection, follow up on delinquencies, and resolve accounting discrepanciesPosition Requirements :

Education:

Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

Experience:

2-4 years in the apartment industry, preferably in an Assistant or Leasing position.Experience with LIHTC communities and Yardi software is preferred.

Skills & Certifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi), strong communication, organizational, and analytical/problem-solving skillsKnowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO lawsBilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plusValid Driver's License required
