La Cima, our 260-unit multifamily residence located in Austin, TX, 78744.
Skills/Experience we are looking for:Candidates with tax credit/affordable experience in a multi-family residential community of similar sizeYardi property management software experienceProven track record of achieving high Resident satisfaction results, bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not requiredWhat we offer :

Responsibilities:
Manage the apartment community to achieve maximum marketing and financial resultsImplement Company policies in leasing, accounting, maintenance, and resident relationsSupervise and motivate on-site personnelControl budget objectives and expendituresPerform market analysis and suggest competitive pricesManage employee schedules, training, and performance evaluationsCoordinate resident services and activitiesEnsure compliance with company policies, federal and state regulations, and safety standardsDirect community maintenance and improvement initiativesRequirements:
Education:
Associate's Degree or equivalent experience; college coursework or training in Property Management preferred
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in the apartment industry with supervisory/management experiencePrior experience managing mid to large-size affordable communities preferredPrior experience with tax credit/affordable communities and experience using Yardi software preferredDetail-oriented with excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skillsKnowledge of Fair Housing and Equal Employment guidelines
Skills & Certifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Property Management software (e.g., Yardi), strong communication, organizational, and analytical/problem-solving skillsRegistered Apartment or CAM Manager certification preferredKnowledge of Fair Employment Housing and EEO lawsValid Driver's License requiredBilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plusTax Credit/Affordable (LIHTC) experience preferred
