Zimmerman Associates, Inc. (ZAI) is seeking a Program Analyst to support our internal and external customers with administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This position will perform a variety of administrative and analytical tasks including creating, editing, and proofreading MS Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations. The candidate we seek will have familiarity with a variety of administrative concepts, practices, and procedures, including creating and maintaining tracking systems, conducting financial analysis, performing technical analysis, conducting research, and performing routine office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.

Salary:

$45,000 - $55,00 per year

Job Responsibilities:

Creating, editing, and proof-reading MS Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentationsCreating and editing reportsCreating and maintaining tracking systemsConducting financial analysisPerforming technical analysisConducting researchPerforming routine office tasks such as filing, copying, and scanning documentsOther tasks as assignedQualifications and Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field (business or a related engineering discipline).The ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET Security DoD Clearance.Demonstrated experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis (at least five years preferred).Demonstrated experience importing and manipulating data and developing summary reports in Microsoft Excel, or similar spreadsheet application (at least two years preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.Proficiency in both written and verbal communication of moderately complex, technical or administrative topics.Experience with technical, operations research, or financial analysis related to U.S. Navy Programs preferred.Ability to perform administrative work of a complex nature with a high degree of proficiencyTeam player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish strong work relationshipsAbility to exercise good judgment and professional discretion
