Position Summary:Incumbent is responsible for complex analytical support on payor and provider contract negotiations on behalf of UCI Health, comprised of both the Medical Center and Faculty physicians. Incumbent is responsible for creating complex models to assess and/or develop innovative, forward-thinking hospital and physician reimbursement structures. Incumbent will assist the Director of Contracting and UCI Health Executive Leadership in their decision-making process and provide recommendations to optimize financial and contractual outcomes of negotiations. The incumbent participates in negotiations and interacts with health plans, vendors, and other departments within the organization to ensure integrity and effectiveness of financial models and data.What It Takes to be Successful
