About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, team player to work as a Regional Sales Manager who will be responsible for closing new Packsize accounts within a defined area. This is a high speed, technical sales position with high visibility and growth potential. This position will report to a Regional Director of Sales and will be responsible for all sales activities throughout the customer's lifecycle.
What You'll DoSpend time with the potential customers (40 hours per month of face-to-face and/or virtual meetings with current and prospective customers is required)Oversee proposals, negotiate terms/conditions, and implement contractual agreements with accountability for delivering financial resultsConduct meetings to understand prospective customers' current packaging processProactively reach out to new prospects to set up initial meetings and/or presentationsUtilizing your Packsize training you will work with prospective customers to design and implement optimum process flows that reduce cost, improve efficiency and sustainabilityWork alongside Packsize software and Sales Engineers to develop right size packaging process flowsClose a determined amount of new business per year, primarily defined in revenue generatedWork directly with our existing business sales team to ensure expectations are met and the customer is delightedWhat you'll Bring
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (7+ years in sales)2-5 years successful track record in a complex selling environment to C-Level executivesSignificant experience in a multifaceted, strategic sales process and a proven ability to develop and maintain relationshipsAbility to manage a full funnel and pipeline selling process as it relates to territory and account opportunitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsPositive attitude and a commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgmentDemonstrated ability to lead change, handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentIndependent thinker with a team orientation to challenges.Responsible for running the territory as a business by being well disciplined in a home office environmentAble to work with a remote manager and produce resultsPhysical Demands and Working Conditions
Ability to travel up to 60%.Ability to work from a home office.Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.
