Background:
TCS is looking to induct a SeniorGIS Sales Executive to drive the TCS GIS Solution and Services in USA region. We invite candidates to use their proven GIS sales and management success to meet or exceed our GIS Subunitgoals for revenue growth. Work involves showcasing TCS GIS services capabilities, arranging meetings, demonstrations with potential US customers and close deals
Job Description:•ManageGIS account related sales activities ofsolution and services by strategically leading all stages of the account management process.•Closely work with offshore team with account managers, Group Leads and cross-functional resources within TCS to supportGIS sales objectives and generate target oriented results.•Build relationships. prospect, develop own portfolio of potential clients. Establish contacts with existing customers to help enhance customer engagement and success for repeat business. Build trust and rapport with direct customers, relevant partners, and global distributors.•Understand the requiremet ofGIS customers. Identify key stakeholders and business drivers for an organization. Understand customer budgeting and acquisition processes.•Clearly articulate the strength and value of the TCS GIS solutions services as it relates to various vertical industries. Pursue professional and personal development to ensure competitive knowledge.•Deliver results. Successfully execute the account management and sales processes for TCS GIS solution and services opportunities. Target time-driven goals that are attainable and realistic with clear indicators.•Proficiency in ESRI's ArcGIS software suite, including ArcGIS Pro and ArcMap and/or GE-Smallworld or Hexagons G-tech suite
MUST HAVE:•Excellent communication and presentation skills including ability to summarizeGISrequirement for executive leadership review•Experience with competitive research, analyzing market trends, and developing persuasive messaging•Proven experience in GIS consulting , sales, project management•Hands on experience with GIS Platforms Like ESRI Arc GIS•Demonstrated knowledge of industries having potential GIS requirement and new GIS technology trends and the ability to translate that into solutions for customers•Expert in negotiating, presenting, and visual GIS storytelling across all levels of the organization•Opportunity follow-up and bring it to closure•Accurately forecast GIS business targets and opportunities in territory.
GOOD TO HAVE:•Nice to have multi industry domain Technical sales and support experience ( Telecom, Utilities, Retail...etc)•Strong analytical and research skills, includingability to independently build business case models, conduct market analysis, and make recommendations for sales plans and strategies

-> Engineering Degree (MustElectronics, Computer Science, Electrical), Management Degree (Good to have)

Salary Range : $139,608-$183,330 a year
