Job Summary:
The Operations Support role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of client futures and swaps settlement figures, managing trade breaks, cash activity, and margin requirements daily.
This volume-driven position requires strong organizational skills and adaptability, with a focus on client relationship management and superior service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Communicate with brokers, internal and external clients to provide updates and resolve issues.Provide clearing services to selected clients, processing trade files, and ensuring all margin calls are issued by the end of the day.Ensure successful and timely margining for all Derivatives-related trades.Mitigate daily risk by liaising with clients on margin and settlement intentions, and monitoring aging margin fails to maintain regulatory compliance.Resolve trade and position breaks involving various Derivatives exchanges.Manage top-day trade margin calls, collaborate with the Projects team on testing, documentation, and QA validation, and work with internal and external parties to manage execution-only trade flow.Required Qualifications:
Strong communication skills with both peers and stakeholders.Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.Results-oriented with a proven ability to build credibility and strong relationships.Experience in client interaction and relationship management.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with derivatives settlement and margining processes.Proven ability to work on multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
