Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide technical support across Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systemsHandle user queries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, in-person)Support software including operating systems, Microsoft Office, and other productivity toolsTroubleshoot hardware issues for computers, printers, and wireless devicesConfigure and install equipment, including imaging and automation of Windows systemsManage help desk ticketing system and develop knowledge base solutionsMaintain patch management and system updatesSupport remote access systems (VPN, Remote Desktop, VNC)Manage phone systems including UcaaS solutionsMonitor system alerts and handle global ticketingMaintain software deployment across all endpointsCreate system documentation and conduct periodic reviewsCollaborate with global IT team on network specifications and security requirementsSupport users across multiple time zones (EMEA, US, APAC)Manage inventory control and equipment suppliesWork with business-critical applications (JIRA, Confluence, MS Office)Support development and testing environments in Linux and MacRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred1-2 years helpdesk or systems administration experienceStrong Windows Server and Active Directory knowledgeExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesCompTIA A+, Network+ or Microsoft certifications desiredMust be eligible to work in the U.S. (No visa sponsorship available)
