IT Help Desk Technician
Elite Sourcing is looking for an IT Help Desk Technician. This position is for someone who is willing to learn and promote within the company and includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing remote assistance. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, as well as experience working in a help desk environment.
Responsibilities:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails from users with technical problemsProviding remote assistance to users using remote desktop softwareTroubleshooting computer problems and resolving issuesInstalling and configuring software and hardwareDocumenting all support requestsQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldExperience working in a help desk environmentStrong technical skills, including knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systemsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
