Hilco Vision is searching for an enthusiastic recruiter who is passionate about working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, the hourly manufacturing recruiter is responsible for identifying qualified candidates and managing the process from position opening through offer acceptance and onboarding for hourly manufacturing professionals. This is a high-visibility role that will sit in our manufacturing and distribution hub for North America -- willingness to sit in a manufacturing facility is required.

Qualifications

Minimum of two to four years of full life cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing, hourly recruiting, or industrial recruiting.Fluent in using an ATS as well as social media, job boards and applicant tracking tools along with the ability to effectively market positions to target qualified candidates.Experience working with Microsoft Office or similar office software is required.Demonstrated experience in building strong partnerships with hiring managers and human resource partners to understand the needs and execute the work.Strong process management skills, detail orientation, and time management skills. Must have demonstrated experience in prioritizing workload demands.Strong communication skills.High School Diploma required - Bachelor's Degree preferredResponsibilities

Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.Pre-screens applications and select qualified candidates.Schedules interviews and manages candidate life-cycle process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from beginning to end.Collaborate with the hiring managers and recruiting team during the offer stage and pre-employment screening.Attend weekly candidate status meeting.When partnering with the hiring manager, the hourly manufacturing recruiter will serve as a primary source of recruitment advice, consultation and education on best practices to fill roles in the most efficient and effective way possible.Source active and passive candidates from various sources, including direct sourcing, employee referrals, traditional media, job fairs, and internet job boards.Build relationships with external partnerships to include community contacts, college officials and local professionals.Maintain and build stronger partnerships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs to ensure staffing goals.Ensure consistency of the recruiting process is by following up with supervisors, providing guidance and training regarding appropriate interviewing practices.
