In this role, you'll develop top-tier business proposals and presentations, working closely with pursuit teams to deliver high-quality, competitive submissions under strict deadlines.

Energetic self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team environment.Has a positive attitude and professional demeanor.Extremely organized, detailed, and task oriented.Has strong personal accountability and commitment to meeting deadlines.Highly effective at communicating and collaborating with proposal team member.Able to facilitate client analysis, win plan, proposal, and interview strategy meetings.Can independently draft extensive written proposal content (e.g., cover letters, executive summaries, qualification introductions).Can creatively communicate complex information to a range of audiences using clear text and eye-catching layouts.Can effectively delegate and support others on the proposal development team.Demonstrates the ability to work effectively under deadline pressure, ensuring that both personal and team schedules are met.Experience
Candidates must have at least five years of related experience (A/E/C a plus).Excellent writing skills.An eye for layout, and an ability to translate complex technical concepts into digestible formats for a wide range of audiences.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud.Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
