Responsibilities and Purpose
Organize and sustain staffing within the facilityUnderstand staffing needsAble to identify hard to fill roles and take actions to fillRequired Experience and Education
Valid Certified Medication Aide (CMA) certification
OR Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Works well under pressure and on deadline for a large facilityBasic computer skills (Microsoft Office)Experience in a long-term care environment preferredExperience coordinating personnel schedules in long-term care preferredBenefits
