CTG is looking for a skilled
Epic Ambulatory/MyChart Support Analyst
to join our dynamic healthcare IT team. This role focuses on providing expert support for the Epic Ambulatory and MyChart modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure the seamless performance of these critical systems, enhancing both provider efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Epic Ambulatory Module Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Epic Ambulatory module, including provider schedules, documentation tools, and clinical workflows.
Assist with the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Ambulatory workflows to meet organizational goals.
Partner with clinical teams to identify and address pain points in Ambulatory system usage.
Epic MyChart Module Support:
Provide operational and technical support for the MyChart patient portal, ensuring patients have uninterrupted access to scheduling, communication, and telehealth features.
Configure and maintain MyChart functionalities, including proxy access, e-visits, appointment reminders, and bill payment options.
Conduct testing and validation of MyChart updates, ensuring proper functionality and alignment with patient engagement goals.
Collaboration and Training:
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to design solutions that align with user needs and system capabilities.
Provide training and guidance to end-users, including clinicians, administrative staff, and patients, on using Epic Ambulatory and MyChart features effectively.
Serve as a liaison between IT and clinical staff to gather requirements and communicate system changes.
System Maintenance and Compliance:
Monitor and manage system performance, addressing issues promptly to ensure high availability and reliability.
Assist in the rollout of system updates, upgrades, and new features.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations in all system interactions and configurations.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare IT, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Certification:
Epic Ambulatory and Epic MyChart certification is required.
Experience:
2+ years of experience supporting Epic systems, with a focus on Ambulatory and MyChart modules.
Familiarity with clinical workflows in an ambulatory setting and patient portal technologies.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Knowledge of Epic system configuration, testing, and end-user support.
Understanding of regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and patient data security.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $140,000 to $155,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
