We are seeking a Manager-In-Training / Front Desk to join our team in Savannah, GA. The ideal candidate will have experience in both management and front desk operations. Responsibilities: Assist in managing daily operations of the front desk Train and supervise front desk staff Ensure excellent customer service is provided to all guests Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner Assist in managing inventory and ordering supplies Assist in managing payroll and scheduling Assist in managing budgets and financial reports Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies Assist in managing social media accounts and online presence Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience in front desk operations 1+ years of experience in management or supervisory role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
