Procurement Contract Administrator
in our Procurement Department, based at our National Headquarters in
Dallas, TX
.
This position will work in a hybrid setting (in office approximately 1-2 days a week and as needed) in our Dallas, TX. office.

Responsibilities
This individual will lead assigned procurement contract activity including those with moderate to high risk to business units. You will collaborate with multiple levels of professionals in review and preparation of purchasing contract documents.
Review and process requests for supplier contracts through the organization’s contract management system; ensure project scope and services are accurately defined and contractual terms and conditions align with appropriate regulations and corporate policies
Be the point person as needed for communication with Legal and business teams for resolution of supplier contract issues and requirements.
Lead contract modifications and change orders in support of business unit requirements, as well as all other aspects of day-to-day contract administration
Provide support to internal business teams and staff on procurement/legal policies and procedures; train and develop business unit staff to submit contract requests and required documentation
Conduct supplier sourcing in either a lead of support function, assist department project managers in the preparation of specifications, scopes of work for sourcing activities, including Requests for Proposal;
Perform tasks with a high level of internal customer service to provide business teams accurate guidance for procurement actions
Lead supplier relationships including conducting performance reviews
May make recommendations to management regarding procurement methods, scope and terms of supplier agreements.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, Material Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
Three (3)+ years’ experience in purchasing of services, supplier contract administration, contract development/reviews, project management and supply management in a corporate environment.
Requires knowledge and experience with supplier contract processes
Ability to oversee multiple projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience with MS Office, Sharepoint, enterprise financial software (preferably Oracle Fusion), source to procurement software and contract management software.
Knowledge of placing supplier contracts under Government grants.
Preferred Experience:
Professional certification such as C.P.M., CPSM, CPCM, CFCM or other affiliated certification.
