Are you ready to drive supplier governance and maximize contract value at a global scale? Join Sanofi’s Contract Excellence team as an Audit Director, Supplier Contract Audit, where you’ll lead the strategy and performance of supplier contract audits. Your role will be pivotal in aiming at continuously enhancing Sanofi’s relationship with its suppliers, maximizing the value of its contracts with these suppliers throughout the verification of the supplier’s adherence to the agreed upon contractual provisions and more generally the improvement of supplier governance.

Main Responsibilities:
Lead the preparation of the Supplier Contract Audit Plan and target segmentation activities and develop appropriate risk-based audit procedures.
Execute detailed supplier contract audits to assess adherence to agreed upon financial and contractual terms, including the documentation and reporting of instances of non-compliance and potential improvements
Manage and oversee auditors and data analysts and collaborate with internal stakeholders to confirm financial findings and monitor action plan implementation and help ensuring efficiency of end-to-end contract lifecycle management
Partner with Contract Excellence and Procurement Services teams to support the simplification and standardization of contract processes, to strengthen the contracting control environment, a third-party governance
Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Legal, Procurement, Finance, and the business
Develop and maintain Supplier Contract Audit expertise across the Supplier Contract Audit team and contribute to the continuous improvement of the practice
About you
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business discipline
Extensive experience in public accounting, external/internal audit. Substantial experience in procurement and suppliers' management is also valuable
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy and r
Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and IIA Standards
Proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint. Data analytics experience (specifically with visualization tools such as PowerBI, QlikView, and Tableau) and ERPs (SAP a plus)
Multilingual (verbal and written, including fluent English) with strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to travel approximately 25-30% of the time, including international travel
Experience working in a matrixed international environment
