Regional Purchasing Manager
to lead our client's purchasing team and drive cost savings and operational efficiencies. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end procurement process, manage supplier relationships, and implement strategic sourcing initiatives.

Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.Experience:
5-7 years of relevant experience in sourcing, purchasing, or manufacturing project management.Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management methodologies, contract law, and procurement processes.Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant procurement software.Key Responsibilities:
Procurement Process Optimization:
Streamline the procure-to-pay process, develop standard work procedures, and improve overall efficiency.Strategic Sourcing:
Execute sourcing strategies at the facility level to maximize cost savings and ensure supplier performance.Contract Management:
Oversee contract negotiations, ensure compliance with contract terms, and identify opportunities for contract optimization.Supplier Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with suppliers, conduct performance evaluations, and drive continuous improvement.Financial Management:
Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze cost data, and identify cost-saving opportunities.Team Leadership:
Lead and develop a high-performing purchasing team.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.Pay Details:
$40.00 per hour
