Adecco is seeking a talented and motivated Procurement Manager to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. This role will be instrumental in supporting their procurement and strategic sourcing initiatives.

Required Skills:

Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SAP, Power BI)

Knowledge of procurement processes, contract management, and supplier negotiations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in sourcing tools and technologies

Preferred Skills:

Experience with strategic sourcing or category management

Knowledge of supply chain sustainability practices

Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle)

Procurement certifications (CPSM, CIPS)

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis: Analyze sourcing and procurement data to identify trends and opportunities.

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and market trends.

Supplier Management: Support supplier selection, performance evaluation, and relationship management.

Sourcing Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing sourcing strategies.

Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities through negotiations and process improvements.

Contract Negotiation: Assist in negotiating contracts with suppliers.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Reporting: Prepare reports on supplier performance and sourcing activities.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies.

Pay Details: $39.00 per hour
