Firebird AST is seeking an onsite Program Analyst with an active Top Secret/SCI clearance to support the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETF) in Washington, D.C. The contract is pending; anticipated award is October 2024.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leverage the OCDETF Management Information System (MIS), to support the regular District and Agency reviews.Collect, format, and analyze data from MIS, and other sources, to develop reference materials for conducting the reviews.Participate in the review process, documenting issues for events, as needed. Conduct follow up with the districts and agencies, monitor progress on selected issues, and provide reports, graphs, charts, and other documents, as needed for Executive Office management.Serve as a point of contact between the OCDTEF Executive Office and the sixteen (16) OCDETF Strike Forces.Maintain and update contact lists.Research and respond to questions on Strike Force issues from the Strike Forces, the OCDETF Executive Office, and other components; collect, process, and analyze the quarterly Strike Force performance reports and brief to Executive Office management.Support the CPOT nomination and removal processLeverage MIS to assist with CPOT validation process, file and track link validation requests, and update MIS with link validation decisions.Review proposals for WARG Region OCDETF cases. Leverage MIS to scrutinize for completeness and adherence to OCDETF Program Guidelines. Work with NODS staff to resolve questions. Advise Regional Director of any issues.Track due dates for Interim and Final Reports in WARG Region Cases. Review draft reports for completeness and accuracy. Work with NODS staff to resolve questions. Advise Regional Director of any issues.Support Regional Director in conducting periodic WARG Region case reviews, track cases statuses, and follow up on any questions raised to ensure review is thorough and productive.REQUIRED
Active DoD or DoJ TS/SCI clearanceMinimum of 8 years' experience in program analysisExperience using MISMust possess excellent oral, writing, and coordination skills to communicate factual information clearly and concisely, both orally and in writingProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience supporting federal law enforcement agencies with program analysisExperience managing programs and projectsExperience managing program budgetsEDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in any field of studyCLEARANCE
