Job Title: Lateral Antitrust Associate AttorneyJob Overview:
A well-established law firm in Washington, DC, is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Antitrust and Competition team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in antitrust law and have a strong background in civil litigation, investigations, and enforcement matters. The role involves representing clients in civil cases, working on DOJ/FTC investigations, and assisting with criminal enforcement issues.Duties:Represent clients in antitrust-related civil litigation.Assist in DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations.Work on criminal enforcement cases concerning antitrust matters.Collaborate with enforcement agencies and provide strategic legal guidance.Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.Conduct legal research and analyze case law related to antitrust issues.Advise clients on regulatory compliance and antitrust risk management.Participate in client meetings, negotiations, and strategy sessions.Requirements:2-6 years of relevant experience in antitrust law (Class years 2018-2022).Substantive knowledge of U.S. antitrust laws.Prior experience with enforcement agencies or DOJ/FTC government service is a plus.Strong analytical and writing skills.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Top academic credentials are highly desirable.Certifications:An active member of the Bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.Admission to the DC Bar or eligibility to waive in.Skills:Excellent research and analytical abilities.Strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to handle complex legal issues with attention to detail.Client management and interpersonal skills.Capability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.Job Location:Washington, DCComprehensive health care package.Paid time off, including vacation, sick leave, and parental leave.Basic life insurance coverage.Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs).Performance-based bonuses.Company infoBCG Attorney Search1629 K ST NW, Suite 300WashingtonDistrict of ColumbiaUnited States 20006Phone :
