We are currently hiring a well-rounded

Shipping Supervisor

for our Hicksville facility.

This critical role will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shipping department, ensuring that items are accurately prepared and shipped (domestically and internationally), and providing a hands-on approach to warehouse operations and teamwork.

Supervise warehouse personnel within the shipping and packaging areas; maintain workflow processes and promote team successOversee and ensure the accurate and timely fulfillment and quality of all customer ordersAssist Operations Manager by helping to implement work procedures; prepare work schedules and expedite workflowResponsible for loading and unloading received merchandiseMaintain all work areas and equipment to meet facility standardsReport on product and facility conditions to department supervisorsAdhere to safety and quality control SOPs and participate in facilitating safety processes and practicesCommunicate status of operation in a timely manner to management including any safety and /or process issuesQualifications:

Three (3) years' experience in a warehouse / distribution environment / supervisory role.Strong verbal, written and overall communication skillsMicrosoft office, Outlook and general computer / systems skillsBilingual English / Spanish preferred
