What You Will DoDevelop financial and business strategies relating to organizational property ownershipOversee property functions such as: maintenance, asset management, budgeting, staff development, resident escalations, and marketing within assigned portfolioProvide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibilityEffective client and staff relationsFrequent email and phone communications with site leaders and line staff as well as property ownershipManage all aspects of assigned propertiesInspect and arrange maintenance to meet standardsMaintain a positive, productive relationship with tenantsNegotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable mannerAdvertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenantsCollect receivable accounts and handle operating expensesOversee renovations from start to finish and ensure they are completed in a timely mannerTravel is requiredWhat You Will Receive

Proven work experience as Regional Property ManagerFully understanding property management and its financial aspectsIn depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property managementCompetency in MS Office and relevant databases and softwareCustomer focus and bottom line orientationInterpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skillsWell organized with excellent time management skills
