Founded in 1935, the Omaha Housing Authority is a nonprofit government agency committed to enhancing the quality of life for low and moderate-income individuals. With over 2,700 public housing units and up to 4,300 Housing Choice (Section 8) Vouchers, we work diligently to ensure our residents have access to safe, sanitary, and affordable housing.

Your Role:
As our new Property Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our properties. This includes:
Occupancy & Marketing:
Drive occupancy goals and enhance resident retention. Participate in leasing and marketing efforts.Management:
Lead your team effectively, resolve tenant complaints, enforce lease agreements, and ensure compliance with regulations.Maintenance:
Oversee property maintenance and ensure timely unit turnarounds.Financial Management:
Prepare and monitor budgets, ensure financial viability, and manage expenditures.Supervision:
Guide and support your team, conduct evaluations, and handle staffing needs.What We're Looking For:
5 years of property management experience, or a related mix of education and experience.A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Strong leadership skills and experience in managing and supervising staff.Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
