Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the migration of legacy CRM solutions to Salesforce, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Gather and analyze business requirements to define objectives and deliverables for the CRM migration project. Develop and document detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Design and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems. Conduct thorough data mapping and migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity throughout the process. Provide ongoing support and training for end-users to ensure successful adoption and utilization of the new Salesforce system. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the CRM migration and Salesforce platform. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our CRM solutions. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce and CRM solutions. Proven experience in managing and executing CRM migration projects from legacy systems to Salesforce. Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration capabilities. Experience with data mapping, migration, and data integrity management. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, are a plus.
