As our Lead Dental Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, high-quality clinical experience for our patients and team. What You'll Do: Assist the doctor in all clinical procedures including general dentistry, clear aligner therapy, endo and implants Take digital impressions using iTero Fabricate high-quality temporary crowns Support clear aligner case setups and patient follow-up Maintain inventory and manage ordering of supplies Ensure OSHA/HIPAA compliance and maintain a clean, well-stocked operatory Help onboard and mentor new assistants and contribute to team training What We're Looking For: Minimum 2 years of dental assisting experience in a general practice Proficiency with iTero scanning , temp crown fabrication , implant setup , and clear aligner workflows Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Florida Radiology Certification (Required) Experience with dental software (Open Dental) a plus Schedule: Monday-Thursday , with occasional Fridays as needed We Offer: Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision Paid time off and holidays 401(k) with match Opportunities for continuing education and growth within the practice Ready to take the lead?
