Senior
Program Analyst, Acquisition Specialist
to join our team at
APG, MD
in support of our customer,
Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A)
. This is a full-time position (M-F), with flexibility around core hours. Less than 10% of travel is expected for this position, in which travel may include the continental United States and outside the continental United States locations.
Duties:
Provide project management support for the Daily Operations across all the Systems Engineering Division (SED) directives and projects. This includes areas such as, but not limited to, SED Chief Engineer priorities, Edge Node Pilots, Interoperability, and Integration (Hydra API, AIC/JTIC), Service Architecture and Implementation, S&T alignment and requirements, Mission Partner Integration, Test Schedules as aligned to S&T and Pilot actions.
Manage areas of schedule and deliverables for Test Events (e.g., Services and Data Models within STP/TT), Pilot Integration Events (e.g., Project Convergence, Enterprise Challenge), and Army initiatives (e.g., UDRA) keeping senior government management informed and updated on status.
Support development of Acquisition Strategies and Plans, Acquisition Program Baselines, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, System Engineering Plans, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, etc.
Develop, draft, provide, and update documentation for acquisition programs to include all documentation required for program Milestone events.
Required Skills & Experience:
Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
Direct experience with the DoD 5000 series regulations and & in-depth knowledge to apply a wide range of analytical measurement skills to assist product teams with developing, maintaining, and coordinating Milestone Decision Authority acquisition packages for Milestone approval.
Government program management experience to include budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development.
Must have 5 years direct experience with verbal and written communication to include presentations and/or briefings to product managers, division chiefs or equivalent grade.
Required Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree required. Degree preferred in Business, Accounting, Program Management, Engineering, or related degree.
At least twelve (12) years of experience managing government programs is required.
An additional four (4) years of related experience will substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
Must have an active US Government Secret Clearance. Please note US Citizenship is required to maintain an Active Secret Clearance.

Compensation:
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $140 -150K (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant internal equity, and alignment with market data.).
