Focus: Represent clients in a wide range of business litigation matters. Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents. Conduct legal research and prepare comprehensive memoranda. Participate in discovery, including depositions and interrogatories. Manage case files, ensuring timely progression of litigation. Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex legal strategies. Attend court hearings, trials, and arbitrations. Provide clients with clear, actionable legal advice. Skill Set: Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar. A minimum of 2-4 years of business litigation experience. Proven ability to manage a variety of cases with minimal supervision. Prior experience in an AmLaw 100 firm is highly desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
