Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements related to finance, operations, and supply chain management. Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to align with business processes, with a focus on SCM modules. Lead workshops and training sessions to empower end-users with the knowledge and skills to leverage system functionalities effectively. Serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives. Support ongoing system maintenance, enhancements, and upgrades, with a specific focus on SCM optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or related field. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and SCM modules. Deep understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. D365 F&O and SCM certifications are a plus. Location and Schedule: This position is based in Deerfield Beach, FL, and requires on-site presence 2-3 days a week.
