HRIS Administrator Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled HRIS-UKG Administrator to manage and enhance Crete's instance of UKG. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our UKG platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions and enhancing processes & workflows, managing the product road map, and implementing UKG for new acquisitions. Our UKG user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the HRIS-UKG Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
To ensure success as an HRIS Manager, you should possess extensive experience in HRIS management in a similar role. A top-notch HRIS Administrator will align information technology expertise with knowledge of human resources to optimize an organization's HR practices.
We are looking for someone with a good understanding of the UKG platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. The HRIS-UKG Administrator should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of a UKG project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman's terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.
This position plays a key role in Crete's Management Information Systems (MIS) Team, reporting to the VP of Integration and will be based in our Charlotte NC headquarters.
HRIS Admin Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain optimal function of the HRIS, including implementation, customization, development, maintenance, data management and data integrityCollaborate with Department leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutionsManage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS usersAnalyzing HRIS performance metrics and resolving application issues.Ensure system compliance with relevant laws and regulationsDeveloping and implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management.Optimizing HRIS processes, integrating new software, and performing diagnostic tests.Develop, train, and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and documentationAct as a liaison between HR and IT and Accounting departmentsManage HRIS projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budgetReporting on system upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support.Tracking and implementing technological advancements in the field of HRIS.HRIS Admin Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business administration, HR management, or similar.A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRIS Manager or Senior Administrator.Extensive experience in analyzing HRIS performance metrics and improving processes.Experience in performing diagnostic tests and audits, as well as documenting processes.Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, databases, and system integrationsExperience in project management and system implementationProficiency in HRM software, such as UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now or Workday HCM.Exceptional ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and to train staff.Ability to keep up with innovation and trends in HRIS Administration.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to handle and maintain confidential informationCompensation and Benefits
